Job Candidates

As many of you know, the department is interviewing for two new Assistant Professors. Each is doing a short non-technical presentation of his or her research to the campus community. The first occurred yesterday -- thank you to everyone who came out to see Joseph Craig. The schedule for the next three is below:

  • Katie Player, Tuesday 1/31, 1:30-2:30, 204 Dwire Hall, "The Impact of Personal Income Tax Rates on the Employment Decisions of Small Business"
  • Edward Hoang, Thursday, 2/2, 1:40-2:55, 114 Dwire Hall, "Fiscal Policy, Debt Neutrality, and Savings Behavior: Evidence fro Life Insurance Holdings"
  • Robert Scott, Monday, 2/6, 1:00-2:00, 204 Dwire Hall, "Plastic Capital: Credit Card Financing Among Startups"

Please pass the word around and let us know what you think of the candidates.
